One small decision 2 years ago changed the trajectory of my entire life! Joining Travis and Brittany and the Rockbody crew has led me to the love of my life, changed my career, introduced me to incredible people from all over the world and helped me to live a healthier lifestyle. I can't imagine where I would be if I hadn't said yes!

My husband and I attended the 2022 retreat and had such an amazing experience.  There was not pressure to be the “fitness” or best looking!  It was real people with real life experiences.  We were able to open and share without judgement as was everyone else.  It truly was life changing.  We made so many new connections and friends we immediately signed up for the next retreat!  I couldn’t recommend enough.

The Rockbody Retreat to Nuevo Vallarta was more than a fitness getaway to a beautiful place for me.  The retreat helped me reset my focus on my fitness journey by being around so many like-minded, caring people that were willing to share their experiences.  I am looking forward to joining the Rockbody team on another retreat in the future

My wife and I went to the Rockbody Retreat initially because of the location and to meet like minded people.  What we did not expect, was to leave with lifelong friends and memories. The Retreat provided an environment where people were comfortable enough to be raw and honest about their journey not just in fitness but also in life. 

Honestly, it’s hard to describe the experience and the relationships that you will encounter on a Rockbody Retreat. In my opinion, you will honestly transform inside and out, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Strangers become friends because the whole experience creates that.encounter. The mentorship, accountability, knowledge, support, training, and everything else is absolutely impeccable in my opinion. You have to experience it. 

I am so glad to be attending the next retreat March 2023. I haven’t worked out much this past year due to a variety of reasons and it’s Rockbody, that’s getting me back on track.  I’m 58 - you’re never too old. I am beyond excited.
